How to Request Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data by:
- Sending an email to privacy@bractix.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
- Submitting a request through our contact form with "Data Deletion" in the subject line
- Accessing the "Delete My Account" option in your account settings
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon receiving your request, we will delete all personal information associated with your account, including:
- Profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Tournament participation history
- Payment information
- Communication history
Data Retention for Legal Purposes
We may retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes even after you request deletion. This information will be kept only as long as necessary to fulfill these requirements.
